What makes us different?

Item Solutions is truly different from many ICT suppliers on the market.  We adhere to a set of values that are not that easy to maintain in an economical situation.  However, we believe that our identity matches the underlying values of the society in which we work and live. 

So what is typical about our organization?

It's all in the execution

Of course we know the theory, of course we read the books, of course we are up date.  But we know that in the end it's all about delivery.  So no matter how fun it is to talk about PMBok, PMI, Cobit, Itil, ValIt, Togaf, Zachman or whatever else great framework one can elaborate on, it's only worth the money if you end up with a working solution.  And that's exactly where we focus on.

We have no secrets

Most of our customers are not used to our understanding of 'transparency'.  Every bit of information is shared and communicated to our customers.  Our profit margin is communicated openly, the time we spent on developing fixed price assignments is available through EMS.  We don't have anything to hide ... so we don't have secrets.

Quality

We truly want to do a great job.  We want our customers to be happy with what we have delivered.  We want to prove that we can do a better job than anyone else.  And even if we can't we will always try.  Money is a consequence, not a target.
