Delivered quality instead of overtime. Knowledge workers need to deliver quality. This can only be attained by respecting a normal level of work-load. Basically overtime is mostly a signal of incompetence.

Job content instead of job title. We like to give our people challenging job content. We won't give our people job titles like Junior, Medior or Senior. In the end this only represents a virtual career path.
