Customer orientation is a necessary attitude for every modern service company.
A customer-oriented approach guarantees a healthy customer-supplier relationship, which in turn entails possibilities for future collaboration.
 
What does customer orientation mean?
 
It means that any question asked by a customer is a valid one. To us, nothing is far-fetched. We will always look for the right answer.

As a consequence we decline projects from time to time. Sometimes our services are not the right answer to a customer's question. It takes a strong believe in the long term benefits of customer orientation to say no to projects.
